Maintenance and service
During the course of our audits, our staff analyzes the existing condition of all energy-consuming equipment and current maintenance practices. A joint decision is made with each client on whether to use in-house resources for all service and maintenance of newly installed equipment, or to outsource some maintenance efforts. Regardless of the approach, we help establish preventative maintenance plans, prepare operations and maintenance manuals, and provide thorough hands-on training on all systems installed. In most cases, your current facility staff will be fully capable of maintaining any new systems installed. However, we have the experience and capability to manage any out-sourced maintenance efforts that are mutually determined to be necessary, and use approved local providers to fulfill those service needs.
We facilitate the fulfillment of all warranty issues, and have a single point of contact dedicated to handling any warranty items you may encounter. All warranty claims are executed in a timely manner, logged in a database for tracking repeat concerns, and followed-up with a phone call to make sure that everything was taken care of properly.
Most importantly, we never mandate that maintenance and service contracts be purchased as part of our contracts in order for our guarantee to be valid. We’ll work with you to determine the option that provides maximum benefit to your organization. |
